CALME sintered aluminum sound-absorbing board

Calme sintered aluminum sound-absorbing board is a highly porous pure aluminum sintered sound-absorbing board. Washable, waterproof, chlorine resistant, fireproof, recyclable. It is easy to shape and is convenient for both indoor and outdoor applications, such as swimming pools and sound barriers. There are no seams during installation, resulting in a continuous, optically enclosed ceiling. Aluminum particles reach a melting point below during the sintering process. This will result in openings, leading to high porosity of the board (up to 45%). Due to its porous nature, even if mineral wool is not used in the air space behind the sheet, the sheet still has a sound absorption effect. The smooth version only offers a thickness of 3mm. Embossed, corrugated, and plaster versions can provide thicknesses of 2mm and 3mm.
